A deep red and gloriously rich velvety texture, with a vanilla buttercream


This dark Chocolate Cake is wonderfully moist and full of chocolate flavour. Finished off with a Chocolate Buttercream.

Coffee and Walnut

Coffee lovers will love this moist and indulgent cake, topped with a Coffee Buttercream

Carrot Cake

Made with fresh Carrot, Pineapple, Apple and Walnuts. Topped with a Cream Cheese frosting. This cake can be finished off with candied carrot.

Vanilla, White Chocolate and Raspberry Compote

A very light and moist Vanilla Cake, sandwiched together with a White Chocolate ganache and Raspberry compote.


Brandy soaked fruits (Raisins, Currants, Cherries and Sultanas), blanched Almonds and the zests of Lemon and Orange, makes this fruit cake wonderfully moist and rich. Covered in Marzipan and Icing.

Lemon & Poppy Seed

A very tangy and light cake is also finished off with a Lemon Syrup but if you would prefer not to have the poppy seeds this is not a problem. Goes nicely with a Lemon Buttercream
