For the last 13 years I have been slaving behind a hot stove (and summers were by far the worst), but once I realised that I had gained as much satisfaction from my chosen profession.

I needed to find a new direction!

I realised the joy I found in having complete creative control and from there my world changed forever. Settling for some boring admin desk job was not an option!

I now find great happiness in contributing to birthday celebrations, meeting couples who are excited about spending the rest of their lives together and meeting other business, who like me have an absolute passion for their craft!

I believe that I still have so much to learn and trends are always changing so it is hard to keep up!

I would like to use this resource as a bridge for you to venture into my world and also for anyone who is interested in learning the basics and maybe we can learn the more extreme gravity defying master pieces together.
